Thank You, KAF! After years of feeling pie crust was 'just too difficult' and messy to make, I decided to try this technique this year ....along with your Pumpkin Pie recipe. Oh man, wish I had come across this technique years ago! I appreciated the photo essay with the clear instruction. My crust came out perfectly! And the Pumpkin Pie was, hands down the BEST I (or my family) have ever had. Thanks, again!
