Once again on substituting white whole wheat flour for unbleached all purpose… The King Arthur Ingredient Weight Chart indicates that one cup all purpose flour weighs 4 1/4 oz. If a recipe calls for one cup all purpose flour and I want to substitute half of that with white whole wheat flour, may l use 2 1/8 oz. white whole wheat and 2 1/8 oz. all purpose (totaling 4 1/4 oz) without adding any additional liquid? Thank you. (I ask this question because I always weigh dry ingredients when baking & I hesitate adding additional liquid when baking – I just don’t want to throw off a baking recipe.)
