I love your white whole wheat flour. I also love chocolate chip muffins. And I now make them exclusively with you white whole wheat flour. One is satisfying where it would take 3 made with white flour to reach that point. I probably use it in almost everything I bake. Thanks, Sue - sounds like you've discovered the "secret" of white whole wheat! :) PJH
