Yay! I am so happy to see this! I have been using White Whole Wheat flour for years! Sometimes I use half wheat half regular flour, but always King Arthur! It's the best! Thanks, Shelley! I've been using white wheat for years, too; we appreciate you helping to spread the word here. PJH
