The email I received shows ads for "Back to School with "White" Whole Wheat, yet your bread recipe for the depicted sandwich bread calls for "Whole Wheat flour" Which is it? Gary, white whole wheat flour and whole wheat flour are both whole wheat flours, as explained in the blog post; take your choice, both are fine. Enjoy - PJH
