I know to store whole wheat flours in the fridge or freezer. My question is can I use them straight from the fridge or freezer, or do they need to be allowed to warm to room temperature first? The freezer is best, not the fridge. You do not need to let it come to room temperature,the flour can be used straight from the freezer.
