Is all whey the same? I just started learning to make cheese and I have an abundance of whey that I substitute for the liquids in my whole wheat bread. I am thinking this should be fine to use instead of the milk or yogurt whey? Yes, your cheese whey should work just fine in this recipe!-Jon
