Thank you for that work done. I usually bake my cookies at 350 no matter what the pan is like and remove when they look 'right.' I learned how important it was to check my oven temperature. Found out why my cakes were always so dry and overbaked. Julia Ann, you're clearly a seasoned baker - which is really handy, isn't it? Bake on! PJH
