Hmmm. My spouse likes chewy, barely cooked cookies. I like crisp cookies. Usually only one of us is happy with the outcome. I wonder if if could make us both happy by using a dark sheet and a largish dough ball the next time I bake cookies? Or you could use two of the same type pan, and just bake one pan longer than the other... A dark sheet can produce burned bottoms rather than crisp cookies - so be careful. PJH
