Wonderful article! My husband recently had heart bypass surgery and was trying to figure out how to produce something tike a Black Forest cup cake to be frozen. I will have to get the pie filling enhancer! I thought two fillings one vanilla pudding and the other thickened dark cherries...a scoop of each in the scooped out center. Then a low fat whip of sorts after defrosting. He feels like his throats been cut with the change in diet! I will have to work on this. Any ideas would be appreciated.
