I think of Little Shop of Horrors every time I feed mine: “FEED ME SEYMOUR ! I’M HONGRY!!!!” Even though the plant’s name was Audrey II, I’ve been thinking of naming my starter Seymour because of the memories of that movie. I was growing my starter larger for a baking session and came home from work to a dog frantically barking at my kitchen. There was sourdough starter everywhere! It literally exploded the lid off the 6L bin.
