If you don't have sourdough starter on hand, is it okay to create a basic overnight starter for this recipe, or are you just better off going with a different recipe for english muffins that doesn't call for starter, period? Any guidance offered appreciated! Hi Daisy - I think you'll enjoy our regular English Muffins recipe just as much. Cheers! PJH
