I saw this last Monday, and bookmarked it with a promise to try it soon. Soon came Friday afternoon and my husband wrapped up a tough week at work, and I wanted to do something a little special for him. This cake was it. It was so delicious on its own, although a little vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce didn't hurt. :) I'm making it again this week or next week (it comes together surprisingly quickly!) and we're going to slice it and freeze it in portions. Then I'm going to send a copy of this to my mother-in-law. I think she'll like it, and she'll have fun putting her own spin on it. :)
