PJ, Thanks for this entry! I have some baking right now. I tripled the recipe, and added chunks of the Merkins chocolate to half of the batter. I am baking the chocolate chunk cakes in the mini loaf pans and am going to drizzle some chocolate ganache atop these heavenly creations! Thanks for the inspiration, and my girlfriends who will be receiving some of these loaves will thank you too ( although they may noy enjoy the extra time on the elliptical!).
