I'm adding this to my Valentine fondue, if this doesn't win him over, he's just not worth it! I have a question though, I have some black cocoa and wondering how much I could add to the recipe? Would it change the flavor too much? You shouldn't have to add black cocoa if you are using double dutch baking cocoa (it already contains it). However, if you are using a normal, dutched cocoa then feel free to replace half of the cocoa with the black. It should not change the flavor too much from the original recipe as it already contains some!-Jon
