PJ, I sent the recipe for this to a friend a bit ago and she emailed me back saying the measurement for the first ingredient is listed but not WHAT the ingredient is. Course, she figured it out right away when she looked at the directions. This was on the printable copy. Thanks so much, AJ - the "butter" escaped temporarily! Back where it belongs now... Sorry about that. :( PJH
