I'm wondering if I'd be able to slice this and bake it again to be somewhat biscotti'ish? Any thoughts...? My initial thought is no, biscotti tends to be made from a relatively low moisture cookie dough compared to this very moist cake. However, feel free to give it a try! You never know, it could be amazing.-Jon
