Any reason that the tea loaf pan wouldn't work for this recipe? I'm trying to work on that theory that you mentioned a while back that this size can be a good thing for portion control.... tho so far all experimentation has revealed is that one slice somehow turns into two----- I don't see why the tea loaf pan wouldn't work! Just be aware of the fact that the baking time will decrease by about 25%. I try to slice -really- thin pieces, that way if I have two or three it is not so horrible.-Jon
