Oh PJ, now you're talking!! That cake looks wonderful. I will make it and take it to the ice rink Saturday. It will be a perfect snack for all the ice hockey moms and dads and ice hockey grandparents too. (Might add a little touch of Fiori to it.) Slices beautifully, 'Ria - feeds quite a few! I can also see cutting in 1" chunks and dipping in ganache... YUM. :) PJH
