That looks AMAZING. I could see adding cinnamon to it as well, and then cutting it into cubes, letting it go stale, and making bread pudding with it too! Must remind myself that I need to bake BREAD this weekend, not cake... I wonder if I could make cake anyway. ;) I'll bet you could make bread AND cake - I'm sure the National Better Baking Bureau would have no objection! PJH
