Another tip for baking any cookie is to bake it in a convection oven if you have it. Turns out crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and they don't get as flat. A perfect cookie! Wow, I never knew that - thanks for the insight. If I ever get a convection oven, I'll surely know what to do with it first! :) PJH
