When you said "whole hog" at the end I thought for sure you were going in a Pigs-in-a-Blanket direction! I bet these pancaked would be fantastic around some maple breakfast sausages. Yum!!! Ah, Keri, a woman after my own heart... Yes, I can see some of those little sausages tucked inside these cakes - with a drizzle of maple syrup or sprinkle of maple sugar - for sure! :) PJH
