Thanks for this recipe I am over the moon about it! So nice to have something to use discard started in. I use my big popover pan I got from King Arthurs. When I make 6 popovers they raise so high, probably 2 to 3" over the top. However there is not the hollow that you should have in a popover. I tried making a couple more in custard cups and finally got the hollow center. Trouble is we can't decide which way we like them best!๐Ÿ˜ƒ Made them again tonight and my husband ate 4 !
