Dear PJ, OMG! It came out so good! I did not get the rise in the oven you did, and I am not sure why. But the first 2 rises went very well so after baking it was a fair height. But the crumb and texture were perfect and the taste was great! Thanks for making my first try at cinnamon swirl bread a wonderful success! Nutrilisa
