I just had a taste of fry bread at the Mesa Verde National Park in Colorado. A very sweet Ute lady fried one up for me while I waited and I ate it hot out of the oil. The only difference I seen was that the bread was a smooth round ball when she pulled a small ball of it off to form before she fried it. DELICIOUS!!
