I've never done any deep frying before - it was just something we never did in my family. But I tried these this morning. They were really easy and very tasty (even came out looking just about exactly like the pictures!) Thanks for giving me an excuse to try something new. Hooray for trying something new! That's one of the things I love about baking - there are just SO many new things to try - and hopefully add a few to your list of favorites. Glad we could help you enjoy this new treat - PJH
