For rolling the cookies in, 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon...? Can that be right? My old Snickerdoodle recipe (Betty Crocker, 1949) calls for 2 tsp cinammon to 2 TBSP sugar. Seems to me that 1 CUP sugar to one TSP cinnamon would be a bit anemic. Or is the cinnamon you sell THAT strong? Our Vietnamese cinnamon is stronger and clearer in flavor than supermarket brands, but you can certainly try different ratios to find what works best for you. I don't think there is any "wrong" proportion, except for the time on the phone that my seatmate told me I gave the ratio as 1 cup cinnamon to 1 teaspoon of sugar! ~ MaryJane
