How about Chocolate carmels inside? Chocolate and cinnamon sounds good to me! I've been making Snickerdoodles for over 40 years and they are still one of my favorites. I never thought to try any variations. Thanks to the folks at King Arthur for putting a new twist on a classic. I've made chocolate cookies with Rolo caramel chocolates inside, so I bet it would be good in these too. ~ MaryJane
