Hi Stephanie! As long as there is no pink or orange mold on the starter, as shown in our Sourdough starter troubleshooting blog article, you should be able to revive your starter. We'd recommend feeding it with some whole wheat flour to give it a little boost and following the regular feeding schedule, leaving it at room temperature until you see it's back to its normal and predictable behavior.
