Should I stir the "hooch" back into my starter (which has been dormant in my refrigerator for 8 months) or pour it off before I feed it to proceed with getting the levain? I read one KA post that said to pour it off and another KA "troubleshooting" tip to stir it back into the dormant starter before feeding it. Help ???? Thank you.
