It sounds like maybe your starter wasn't quite fully established when it was moved to the fridge so it's just taking a bit longer to get back on track now that it's at room temperature. It can take a little while for a starter to become established and predictable in its behavior. We'd recommend sticking with the feeding process and you should see some more activity soon!
