hi, I started my starter 2 weeks ago and was doing really well. past the day 7 of starting my starter it was good to go and baked a loaf. I then decided to store it in the fridge as I wasn't planning on using it everyday. when I decided to bake again I took it out of the fridge and let it sit for 12 hours to become at room temperature. I then fed it as per usual ratio (1/2 cup unbleached organic plain flour: 1/4 RO water) x2 daily for the past 3 days but no rising. I can see some bubbles and smells pretty well. TIA
