Five days ago I received KA live starter and a KA 1 quart Classic Sourdough Crock. I started feeding the starter per the enclosed instructions. It’s been five days and although it grows nicely and is bubbly, it still does not fill the crock as in the photo of the “ripe starter.” How long should I keep repeating step 2 (feeding 3x per 24 hours)? Could it be ripe already?
