Is there a reason for using 113:113:113 grans specifically? I only plan to bake 1-2 loaves once a week, so I was wondering if I could keep a lower amount of starter. Would my starter have issues reviving each time if I cut this down by half, to something like 50:50:50 grams? Thank you!
