Hi! I'm new to sourdough baking. I successfully baked sandwich loaf with sweet levain (1 starter: 1flour : 1water : 0.5sugar). I have left over 50gr of the sweet levain. Can i just feed it again as usual, feeding ratio 1:1 water:flour? Or do I have to discard the left over sweet levain because of the sugar I have added?
