It's been two weeks. My starter smells good, does show signs of bubbling, but it barely rises. I started with 120g whole wheat flour, 120 g unfiltered water. From there, I've been discarding all but 120g starter and then add 120g of water and AP flour for the feed. I've tried feeding it every 12 hours (have even left it for 24 hours), and it still barely rises. Room temp is 69-70 degrees. What should I do? Can I bring in whole wheat flour again to help "Boost" it?
