Hi, Joshua! Bleached flour isn't ideal for feeding a starter, but we understand that folks are often making do with whatever ingredients they can find these days. You'll probably see reduced activity (as you've noticed), but it's also unlikely to kill your starter. It should be fine for a while until you can find either unbleached all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour again. Happy baking!
