In these tough times, I'm having a tough time finding unbleached flour at the store. I have a 4-week old starter that I have been feeding with unbleached AP & WW flour. I noticed that feeding bleached flour results in less activity during my regular feedings - is this normal? Is it okay to feed my starter bleached flour?
