Hello! Quick question: Most things I see say that you should have to feed your starter at least a couple of times after taking it out of the fridge before it's ready to bake. But what if my starter doubled in size, had the healthy bubbles, and floated in water about 9-10 hours after taking it out of the fridge and feeding it once? Is it okay if I only have to feed my starter once after refrigeration for it to double in size? Or is it necessary to give it a few feedings?
