My starter doubles within 5 hours at 70 degrees or so, and then falls. I had it in the fridge, fed 4 oz starter, 3 oz all purpose, 1 oz whole wheat (both cold from the fridge) and 4 oz lukewarm water. Does this seem to be an acceptable rhythm?
