You have already stated that the starter can be frozen but can I also do this with the discard if I don't have time to make bread that day or a friend to give it to? Also, can I combine multiple "discards" if I continue to crunched for baking time? I just feel like I am wasting the discard if I throw it away without using it. Thanks so much.
