Thanks so much for helping us "sourdough beginners!" I just made my first loaf in my bread machine and my family loved it but they would like for it to be more "sourdoughy" tasting....so I'm wondering....will my starter get more sour as it ages or is there something I can do to make it more "sourdoughy" tasting now. Thank you.
