Hi, I made my starter 5 days ago and on day 3 I saw it rising with some bubbles but once I fed it and came back the next there was no activity. There still hasn’t been since that feeding and there’s even a “hooch” on top and a little grey discoloring on top. Do I keep going or what am I doing wrong.
