hello - this is my first time trying for homemade sourdough starter. our local sourdough bakery has closed for the covid and i miss it so much! your instructions, tips and tricks are fantastic. i had to do my starter with unbleached all purpose as there is very little flour left in our neighborhood. i thought my initial mix looked a little dry too...hope the lack of whole wheat will be ok?
