New to sourdough! I’m on day 4 of feeding and am curious if I can use the discard now to start baking things? I did the float test and it’s not floating, but is it fine to use? Can I keep refrigerating my discard? Also, mine is runny and very sticky but is starting to have more bubbles. Is that normal?
