Hi - I am making my first ever starter. Day 1 was yesterday and I used KAF 100% Whole Wheat . I just realized for Day 2 I do not have unbleached white flour. My choices are to use the KAF 100% Whole wheat flour, Bleached white flour, Caputo brand Duram wheat semolina or Caputo brand Soft Wheat Tip0 "00" flour. Buying more flour is not an option since most stores are out. If I continue with the 100% whole wheat how will that effect the eventual taste for sourdough? Or are one of the other options better? Thanks!
