The instructions say to "cover loosely" on Day 1 but simply "cover" for the remaining days. My starter is in a glass jar with a clamp lid, when I seal the jar, it starts to fog up and I'm afraid I'm suffocating my yeast buddies so I'm just loosely covering it now... is that correct?
