I started my starter using only whole wheat flour for the first two days and it was very active, unfortunately I ran out of whole wheat so I started to use all-purpose flour and now there is almost no activity (I've been using the all-purpose flour twice a day for two days now). There is no growth and only a couple of bubbles. Is there anything I can do to make it more active?
