Hello!
I'm on day 5. My starter is bubbling some, and has a good aroma. However, it is not doubling in size. It did on day 1 and 2 when I used wheat flour. But since I moved to all purpose flour it has not grown. I do get water to the top and it seems like it gets thinner between feedings - I am assuming from the yeast being active. Suggestions? Am I still on the right track?
