I am trying to make sourdough starter for the first time and used BRM whole wheat flour. On day 2 I fed my starter with the same BRM whole wheat flour. Somehow I missed the change to all-purpose flour. My starter more than doubled in size and I am out of all-purpose flour. I have BRM bread flour and superfine flour. Can I use one of those until I get AP? Also, I will be at 36 hours before I can feed it for Day 3. Should I just fridge this starter and use for pizza dough and start all over when I get AP?
